Three ways our clients are using AI to power their business

Along with the official launch of Em, Empara’s customizable AI assistant platform, we are excited to share how some of our clients are already using this technology to enhance their existing team and product offerings. Paired with other powerful features inside of our Health Engagement Platform, any business delivering benefits to a group can ensure their members are getting a consumer-grade healthcare experience.

A progressive TPA implements Empara’s AI Assistant to optimize their member service team and build toward a more seamless price transparency solution

A TPA with a small team of experienced health navigators will use Empara’s AI Assistant platform to scale the impact of their concierge driven plans. The company will rely on Em’s ability to carve out a large portion of benefit questions and coordination that would typically burden their call center so the team can focus on member coordination of specialty drugs, surgeries and other high-cost services. They also plan to build toward a more integrated AI interface to power their own price transparency solution.

Disruptive health benefits consultant leverages Em to optimize launch of non-traditional plans

A next-gen benefits consulting agency has launched a virtual-first wellness focused benefits plan whose success relies on shifting member health engagement patterns. This virtual first care model contains a suite of no-cost pharmacy, wellness visits, and labs as well as accident to urgent care and terminal diagnosis coverages. Em will be a critical interface within the Empara member app – guiding appropriate member buying decisions based on their non-traditional benefit model.

An HR consulting agency launches custom branded version of Em as an extension of their client offerings

A national HR consulting agency has partnered with Empara to deploy a custom branded AI Assistant on the Empara Engagement Platform. Em will power the companies outsourced HR services product by acting as a first point of contact for members needing help with questions on employer benefits, company policies and other HR related topics. The Empara app will be configured to support the delivery their unique offerings around Wellness, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging as well as their purpose in work and mindfulness programs.
