As Empara's Chief Experience Officer, Ben Callaghan ensures Empara’s solutions are not only transformative in the healthcare industry but also deliver long term value for end users. Through meticulous UI/UX research and design, combined with a keen understanding of customer-brand interaction, Ben is dedicated to curating unparalleled and meaningful digital experiences.
Ben uses data-driven insights from customer feedback to continually enhance experiences, ensuring Empara consistently sets the benchmark. He is dedicated to researching and evaluating strategic partnerships and designing best-in-class products for the Empara platform that position the company—and its solutions—as powerful and game-changing players in healthcare.
Ben also plays a key role at Goodroot—Empara’s parent company—as VP of Launch. Here, he works with the team to design and launch rapid iterations of new business ideas. He’s successfully overseen the launch of the majority of companies under the Goodroot Umbrella. Before joining Goodroot’s community of companies, Ben spent fifteen years at a boutique consulting agency, helping hundreds of clients, from high-end architecture and aerospace firms to manufacturing, nonprofit organizations and engineering businesses, define a clear growth strategy and thrive in an ever-changing business landscape.
